| Category | Minimum |
|---|---|
| Displayed work | £100 |
| Ceramics and sculptures | £50 |
| Portfolio and prints (browser) | £40 |
Displayed work
- No reproductions, including giclée prints, are allowed.
- Works should be framed to a standard suitable for exhibiting.
- We provide a gallery label to go on display next to each work.
ID labels
Please make sure all the work to be hung in the exhibition has an accompanying ID label on a piece of string tied to the D-ring on the back of the picture. The string needs to be long enough to hang over the top of the picture, but not so long that it hangs below the bottom of the picture when hung behind. The label will be visible while we hang the exhibition, so we can identify the picture when we put the display labels up. It will be hidden behind the picture once the exhibition is hung.

Your label should have your name, title of work, medium and price. Also your phone number in case we need to contact you.
Hanging fixtures
Pictures must be ready for hanging i.e. with D-rings fixed one third of the way down and with sufficient cord (no wire please) as per diagram. If screw eye or other projecting cord fixings used they should be covered with tape.

Sculpture & ceramics
Tie the ID labels to the object in a visible place.
Sculpture should, if large, be provided with suitable support.
Browser work
Browser works should be mounted or placed against a backing board. All browser works must be covered in clear cellophane to protect from damage when handled. Please put an adhesive sticker or label on the front with your name, title of work, price and medium.
Cards
Cards must be registered before the exhibition.
Maximum number 30, which can include up to three different prices (minimum £2.00) in multiples of 50p, eg, £2.00, £2.50, etc. Cards must be suitably wrapped, e.g. cellophane sleeves and should be clearly labelled showing the artist’s name and price. No postcards.
Please send an email with the card regristration form to: sueforster21@gmail.com by 8th June 2026. If you are not on email please post the form to arrive by 8th June to:
Sue Forster, 34 Rothesay Avenue, Richmond TW10 5EA
Please bring your registered cards with you when you hand your work in. Even if registered, we cannot accept cards after handing in day.
Parking at the Landmark
If you are driving, you may drive to the entrance and unload your work—we will have people on hand to take your work—then park your car in the surrounding streets and return to the Landmark to check in your work and take any wrapping away with you.
Sales duty rota
Exhibiting artists are expected to volunteer to steward for one of the exhibition sessions from Friday to Sunday. There will be a stewarding schedule at the drop-off desk for artists to put their names against one of the available slots. Alternatively you can volunteer to help with refreshments in the café.
Insurance
Whilst every care will be taken of work submitted, neither the Society nor the Landmark can accept responsibility for loss or damage.
Collection of work
Sunday 14th June 5.00 – 5.30pm
Work cannot be collected until after 5.00pm to allow time to take down the exhibition.
The Landmark must be cleared of all visitors and anyone not involved in the takedown of the exhibition at 4pm (this is for health and safety reasons, we can’t start taking down the exhibition until all visitors have left). If you are not helping we will ask you to wait outside. Please do not arrive early as this means the takedown takes longer.
You must collect your work yourself or arrange for someone else to collect it. If you are unable to come, please arrange for someone else to collect your work.
Cards
Cards will be in bundles on the Card Desk in alphabetical order. Count them and agree the number of cards with the person on the desk. You will then be paid, less commission.
Publicity
Please advertise the exhibition as much as possible. Invitation cards will be emailed out to you in due course. If you are on email please email the invitation card to contacts and bring friends and potential buyers to the Opening Evening.
Social media
You can get some extra exposure social media. To be considered you should provide images that meet the following criteria:
- Square format
- No frames or mounts visible – just artwork
- Quality images (in focus, well lit, no reflections)
